Paris Lampkins, Strategist, Executive Coach, Community Builder

Paris Lampkins is a Senior Management Consultant at PRADCO, where she brings over 15 years of experience in workforce and leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational strategy. She has advised C-suite leaders and senior stakeholders across sectors, helping them build high-performing teams, lead with clarity, and foster cultures rooted in equity and results.

Her work is grounded in a deep commitment to inclusion, cultural intelligence, and access. Known for her transparent and collaborative approach, Paris designs and facilitates leadership programs that develop culturally responsive leaders and equip organizations to navigate complexity with confidence.
In addition to her full-time work, Paris is a sought-after speaker who partners with community organizations to share her story and life’s mission: prioritizing the well-being of Black women in every facet of their lives. Whether facilitating a workshop, delivering a keynote, or mentoring one-on-one, she inspires others to step fully into their power and pursue their highest potential.

Paris is the founder and chair of BPACF’s 40 Under 40: Emerging Legends Salute and serves on the Teach For America Ohio board. She also leads the Movers and Shakers column at CODE M Magazine. A proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and the NAACP, Paris continues to champion equity and access across sectors and communities.
She was recognized by Crain’s Cleveland Business as a 2023 40 Under 40 honoree and named to its 2024 list of Notable Black Leaders. Paris holds a B.A. in Communication from The University of Akron and an M.Ed. in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University. She is currently in the dissertation phase of her Ed.D. in Interprofessional Leadership at Kent State University, where her research explores how Black women navigate predominantly White spaces in their pursuit of executive leadership roles.
